Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the contents of your box. All sales are final once processed.

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every product we include. If you receive a faulty or defective item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon verification, we will happily arrange a replacement for the faulty product.
